Hi, I’m Rachel O’Rourke — Growth Strategist, Implementor, and Champion of Big Visionaries

Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped launch over a dozen startups, built multiple businesses from the ground up, and stepped in as a fractional CMO for founders who needed more than marketing—they needed momentum.

I’m not just a strategist. I’m an implementor. I roll up my sleeves and get into the heart of a business to create clarity, build systems, and spark sustainable growth. My work blends structure with soul—because I believe great businesses are built on both smart strategy and meaningful leadership.
